What is Intuitive Eating?
In essence, intuitive eating is a nutrition philosophy that focuses on health promoting behaviors. Unlike diets, intuitive eating offers a framework to help guide you to turn inward to your own body inner wisdom rather than relying on external cues such as calorie counting, weight, timing, meal plans, etc.

What does a dietitian even do?
About 7-8 years ago when I first started my journey to become a registered dietitian, I could count on one hand the amount of people who even knew what a dietitian was. Fast forward to today, and I feel that registered dietitians are more commonly known. However, you still might be thinking to yourself… What does a dietitian even do?
